We appreciate being in a community of impact organisations where we can share our work and relevant crossover interests – we’ve been getting involved with the tenant newsletters that Ethical Property runs. Additionally, the onsite facilities cater for cyclists – the large bicycle rack and showers  are ideal for us as the majority of the team cycle to work, so this has been a great bonus.

Furthermore, it’s great having a landlord committed to ethically and ecologically minded values. We were named a top 100 employer by Escape the City - and The Green House’s sustainable credentials contributed to our win. For smaller organisations like ourselves, demonstrably reducing our carbon footprint can be a difficult task, so being in an office with published carbon statistics supported our nomination.

Once we’d made the decision to move to a new office, we looked at a few options but the thing that kept drawing us towards The Green House is its sustainability credentials.  As an environmental charity we want to practice what we preach, so it is important for us to be in a building that mirrors our objective of reducing our collective impact on the world and has sustainability at its core.

With much of our work focused on leading a climate revolution, we felt strongly that we needed to be in an office that mirrored our sustainable values. So we felt very lucky to come across The Green House – moving in and working here has been quite revelatory!
