We have a diverse team with different experiences and backgrounds – but who are united by their passion for society and the environment, by the inspiration they get from our tenants, and by their commitment to our values as a company.

Our aim is to provide a working environment where our people feel a strong sense of connection to our tenants and each other, where they are both challenged and nurtured, where they have a voice that is listened to, and where they can make a difference.

In our most recent staff survey, more than 90% said they agreed with our values, enjoyed working here, and were satisfied with the working culture.

We strongly believe in job opportunities for everyone, promoting colleagues on merit and encouraging flexible working where possible. Last year, in comparison with a national average median gender pay gap of 18.4%, we were proud to report a gender pay gap of minus 1.6% – in favour of women. We are also proud to be an accredited Living Wage and London Living Wage employer.
