We are offering you three choices of how you receive communications from us:
- You can opt to receive all communications from us by email, including the Annual Report, all official documents and all Company updates.

You can opt to receive the Annual Report and all official documents by post* but all other Company updates by email. (*You will also be sent an electronic version of the Annual Report and all official documents with this option).
- You can opt to receive everything by post only. However, please note that if you choose this option you will continue to receive the Annual Report and all official documents, but you will no longer receive newsletters and other updates, as these will now only be sent by email.
To avoid messages from us going to your junk mail, please remember to add invest@ethicalproperty.co.uk to your email address book.
Please note that we may, on occasion, have to send printed notifications and documentation.
