Our centre in Sheffield - Scotia Works - is a beautifully refurbished 19th century building formerly a cutlery factory, which has been developed into a vibrant workspace and desk space for many organisations.
Space is available for those making positive impact: charities, non-profits, social enterprises, ethical businesses and local community organisations. We encourage collaboration and community here at Scotia Works, with offices from 1 to 12 people available, ranging from 8m² in size to 60m².

Scotia Works is a light, airy and inviting workspace which is currently owned and managed by Ethical Property. It has a strong environmental design, and the central courtyard is a great place for informal meetings and events, which encourages groups to work together and share ideas.
Some of the current tenants at Scotia Works include Sheffield Rape and Sexual Abuse Centre, Family Action and Joju Solar.
With 60m² of workspace available, the Scotia Works is the perfect workspace in Sheffield. You can make use of a wide range of meeting rooms and communal space.
