Here are some of our favourite landmarks and activities in Shoreditch:
Shoreditch Grind
This one could easily fit into a ‘best coffee shops & cafes’ category too, but Shoreditch Grind is more than just a coffee shop - located since 2011 on Old Street Roundabout, historically a square roundabout, it’s a local landmark.
With a recording studio above the coffee shop, iconic branding and a seriously cool vibe, the original Grind venue is never short of entrepreneurial patrons. Featuring an espresso bar, cocktail bar and all-day restaurant, there’s plenty on the menu to please even the pickiest eater.

Covering a space of ten acres, you’ll find plenty here to feed your stomach and soul; the venue has hosted everything from food festivals to fashion shows, film screenings, art installations and rooftop yoga. Possibly the most fun you can have in one venue - street food, music and drinks combine to bring people together. Add to that, activities like crazy golf, axe throwing, sports screenings and shops, and you can see why the pop-up has become a staple fixture. BOXPARK has three London locations, one of which is Shoreditch, around ten minutes’ walk from Brick Yard.
