We appreciate being in a community of impact organisations where we can share our work and relevant crossover interests – we’ve been getting involved with the tenant newsletters that Ethical Property runs. Additionally, the onsite facilities cater for cyclists – the large bicycle rack and showers  are ideal for us as the majority of the team cycle to work, so this has been a great bonus.

Furthermore, it’s great having a landlord committed to ethically and ecologically minded values. It is an impressively well-lit and airy building, fully equipped with shower rooms, communal kitchens, bike storage and easy 24/7 access. But that is not the only reason why we enjoy our office days.

The super resourceful and friendly building team makes those days special! I can never forget about the help from the team when we moving office, or when we hosting a big event in the building, or when we all working from home but a big delivery surprisingly turned up, or the summer and Xmas parties… I can only imagine the effort they must have made behind the scenes to knit together this community of the Green House building.

I am very grateful that we have the building team here.

Resource for London is where London's voluntary sector comes together to work, meet and exhibit. The Centre provides flexible office space, as well as conference, training and meeting rooms available for external hire.
